So... I'm jumping in on TCP Tuesday... hosted by the talented Jen Del Muro! I needed to get my act together and whip up some birthday cards for this month too. This is definitely my current favorite TCP stamp right now... From the 'Smells Like Cake' clear set, I just love those little penguins enjoying that birthday cupcake!
So I got some brown in there, but oh well... I think I followed the rules and used the main colors right?
It's coming! A*MUSE*A*PALOOZA! In just a few weeks, A Muse will be celebrating with a fun and festive week of fun challenges and of course new stamps! Can't wait! Just one day to wait for the latest release from The Cat's Pajamas! As you've probably seen a few sneek peaks around blogland, this set is way cute and perfect for summer! (It's all about summer, isn't it?) I just love the cute critters! And before I head off for a bit of R&R I'll post a sneek peek of my own!
Yes... new stamps are coming... summer is in the air and you can tell by the stamps of course! If you've been hopping around the A Muse gals' blogs, you'll have seen some great sneaks of the new summer release that is finally out now! I can't wait to use these stamps in my upcoming A muse class at Cranberry Hill Mercantile coming up on June 20th (All occasion greetings). Give the store a call and sign up if your'e interested! As I wait for my new summer stamps to come knocking on my door, here's a sample of what we'll be making at my Toddler Time A Muse class on June 7th. (There will be an option to do the 'boy-version' of this card of course!)

Back by popular demand, I'll be holding the A Muse Botanicals & Blooms class this Saturday at Cranberry Hill Mercantile. We'll be making 5 cards designed by some of the fantastic ladies at A Muse using fun punches, different card folds, and of course those adorable A Muse stamps!
I also have an upcoming Toddler Time A Muse class on Sunday, June 7th, 1:00p - 4:00p at Cranberry Hill. We'll be using the latest baby images to create some cute cards for newborns and toddlers!
And finally, All Occasion Greetings A Muse class on Saturday, June 20th at Cranberry Hill. We'll be making general themed cards for various special days perfect for friends and loved ones. Happy Anniversary A Muse! Eight years in business! woohoo! To celebrate, A Muse has released a limited edition anniversary clear stamp set and I've used it here in these projects. I have so many girlfriends who are on their way to motherhood this year... These baby shower favors are just a few examples how the circle frame from the new set works so great for a cute tag along with the adorable baby face and thank you (nature set)! These frames also work together with various punches from Marvy and EK, so how much easier can it get? a sneaky peek before the new A Muse release hits the web this Wednesday! You can probably guess the theme based on the cute little guy on this card. Love the saying 'newly hatched' stamped on a little pull-out cardstock strip tucked behind the front image. This will be one of the cards for my upcoming class at Cranberry Hill Mercantile coming at the end of May (date coming soon! 5/23) Speaking of which, thanks to all the wonderful stampers that came out last Saturday to my 'Botanicals & Blooms' class... I very much appreciate your love for A Muse and sharing the enjoyment in stamping with others! It was a blast!
Next week's A Muse class is gonna be fun! We'll be doing some fun folds, playing with flower soft, and doing some interactive card making... the A Muse instructors have come up with some fabulous ideas and I'm excited to share some of them in this upcoming class! Two sessions next Saturday, April 18th at Cranberry Hill Mercantile so give them a call if you'd like to join us! We'll be using spring images and the latest from the botanicals release. Just a quick shout out to Kumi, one of my long time class attendees who recently moved to Japan... Will miss you in class! =)

I've been feeling like cupcakes lately... Mmm... But earlier this week my visiting co-worker brought in donuts from Stan's (ohh... they have the BEST glazed donuts ever) and that pretty much satisfy the craving. I love that this A Muse cupcake stamp comes with the phrase below it, so convenient. This card was a real quickie we did in my cupcake class last month. The design could probably be used for a number of different images and/or occassions too. Hm... I'll have to remember that the next time I'm crunched for time!
